I am not using any bleaching or lightening/toning cream but my knuckles are very dark. I need advice on what to do and how to make them appear even or lighter. Would appreciate it.

Try rubbing your knuckles with a mixture of pure lemon juice and table salt. The salt acts much like a pumice stone and the lemon juice will help to lighten the skin. However, you'll have to do this regularly (a few times a week) to see/maintain results.
