I don't understand. Did the "super expensive" house cost N30m to BUY, RENT or LEASE? Of course that house would cost nothing less than N60-N80m to buy. And there's no way in hell it costs anywhere near N30m to rent per annum, even if it's two years rent. If it's like a 4 year lease, then maybe.

The house is nice but it way over 30million

The poster is confuse. 30m buy,rentor lease. poster specify it to people. The houe is abt 160m. This is NICON ESTATE and not GOWON ESTATE.
