Hello house,i bought my own de card opposite waec office ogba.pls do anyone knw if i can fill in awaiting result,though i finish 2009.but am yet to collect my result.and i want 2fill d form before it close.and any1 knw wen it will close. Tanks

@piralgirl the closing date has not been officially announced yet probably it will take a month or more.u can fill awaiting result but I think u know ur grade that's the only think needed u will not be asked to upload any result just fill ur grade and other info.

DE form finally out... 'am obtaining too so let me break it down to everybody. U can use waec & neco combined together. Also there is no fingerprint while registering but just ur passport. As touching where nd how to get d form, d manager of union bank (akowonjo branch) in lagos here called me yesterday dat dey jst got forms some hours ago so am goin dere 2day to pick mine. If u need, reach me @ 08063178025. Feel free to ask anythn u dnt know abt DE nd what it entails. Also yle registrn, u make use of ur polytechnic/schl matric no as ur registratn no. U can use awaiting result as well. After printing ur slip, u attach photocopies of ur ND result, certificates nd all dat to it nd submit @ d nearest jamb office. Ur reg won't be processed if u fail to do so. Some schls dnt write entrance exams yle other does e.g FUTA does bt OAU dnt write. Best of luck y'all

Finally obtained mine... Updating now @ jamb office. Came to submit d hard copy to jamb office containing my jamb print out slip, o'levels, ND result and my admission letter. The next thing to do now is to goto to my school and start processing my transcript to desired institution i choosed. Take care peeps

@bolaji, d first requirement is for u to finish ur ND with a minimum of upper credit. Havn satisfied dat, walk into any union bank branch nationwide and obtain jamb DE form for 4,600 naira only. Move straight to a cybercafe and start ur reg by following d card instructn. Note, no finger print for DE. Fill d forms correctly and choose OAU as ur institution choice. Fill in ur polytechnic matric no as reg no/ exam no downward under A'level requirements and submit. Print out ur jamb slip and make several photocopies for future reference. Attach a copy of ur ND result, o'levels and admission letter to d slip and move straight to jamb office @ ikoyi to submit. If ur school gives u transcrip @ hand, attach it to it too and submit but if not i will explain how to do dat later in dis forum. On getn to jamb offce, look for OAU file and put ur stapled credentials in it and make sure u write down ur name. Thats all u are through with jamb process. After this, goto ur polytechnic and request for ur transcript to be sent to OAU. Once ur transcript get to OAU, u will fill a green form with it. After filling d form. U are through with all d process. Just go and relax perhaps pray for ur name to be pasted cos OAU dnt write exam, ur transcript and ur credentials would be vet and from dere names will be pasted.
