I have a restriction on my gtb account
I opened dis account 5yrs ago with student ID card but the marketer instead of opening a student account went and open a normal saving acc

Now last week a huge amount of money enter d account and i was asked to go bring valid id


Now all i have is my nimc slip and student idcard

What can i do to lift the resteiction

What if i choose to close d account

Also cant i use d nimc slip, bcus i mailed d compliance unit and i was told i can use dat but d bank is saying i cant use dat.

Also Is der a way i can just return the huge sum sent to me and even if dey wanna place a restriction on d rest of my balance i do not mind
