This report is a call to arms against the hegemony that has virtually held on to the corridors of power in the state of Nigeria.Docile Nigerians can now see why PDP remain in power, they steal in trillions, share it in billions, give their subordinates millions and they now leave the common man with a paltry thousand bucks bribe on election day. I am happy I went out to cast my vote for Buhari, because it is obvious that what we need is not democracy but a disciplined in fact strict over zealous leader with a system set up with checks and balances. My generation is the worst,BB,porn, alcohol,no stand on what we want or how things should be, people voted en masse for Mr 'fresh air'. As a Nigerian with no other nation of citizenship, it brings tears to my eyes, that some people vowed to rule for 60 years and people just glossed over their activities as if bewitched to vote them to continue a 4 year term in office.
The song by Wande Cole comes to mind: shey na like this we go dey dey?

Wow see wholesale chopping.

I still am amazed how this country can run with this much corruption. This is just 1 sector of the economy. Let's probe power, agriculture, mines and minerals, healthcare just to name a few.

God save us all.

128billion in 1 day. Do you know how many salaries, schools, clinics, roads etc this can tak care of?

Kai Only God through courageous Nigerians can save us. This deserves another strike action this time, people shoud be held accountable.

Thanks for the report, the price of petroleum products should be reduced without delay and those that benefitted from it should be SACKED and JAILED. The president have told us times without number that unknown CABALS are responsible, now the CABALS are known, will the president take the bull by the horn and step on toes? Many Nigerians believe that president Goodluck is weak,if does nothing about the report ,then he will not only be confirmed as a WEAK PRESIDENT but the WORST PRESIDENT in Nigeria history.
Re: Final Subsidy Report: Download by TheShopKeeper(m): 12:38pm On Apr 24, 2012
Nna...see wholesale looting in the petroleum industry all due to subsidy.
If these kind of report was published in countries where true democracy is in operation, many heads of those in charge of the named establishments will have been chopped off.
Yet none of them including the Petroleum Minister or the NNPC boss has the gut to resign.
So much for fighting corruption by the GEJ govt, now some GEJ apologists will open their foul-mouths and declare GEJ is performing.

Are you ready to stop being lazy and looking for subsidized products? if you are, then the outcome is a leaner government that makes it easier to fight corruption....but if you want to feed fat on what is not yours...you are indirectly part of the corruption problem..

Sometimes I just wish Nigeria didn't have oil. It has turned out to be more of a curse than a blessing in the hands of our evil politicians.

That is the problem with corruption — the public’s “guardians” and “representatives” cooperate with public enemies to swindle the People

phew!!!
