What happened from January is Man City collapsed, partly due to Yaya Toure exit to AFCON not because Hazard then accelerated us to the title. Once Mourinho built up a points lead during AFCON he then went full defence, grinding out 1-0 wins till the end of the season which I credit to Mourinho and Terry first and foremost, and then Hazard.
