And Mr. OyakiloKokubaboni is supposed to be educated.

If you dismiss this bullshite now some pompous idiot will come here and say you’re too lazy to think.

The kind confidence to spew that kind of conspiracy on the altar is what I find baffling.

And there are people that will swallow that crap hook, line and sinker. Those people are the ones fueling his confidence. If he knows that his followers won't always agree to whatever he says, he'll think twice before uttering some of these things.

Why sign a bill for mandatory vaccination for a vaccine that's still said to be about 18 months away to be ready for public use?

Things done in a hurry (driven by fear) and without due consultations usually don't end well.

Since u already confirm you do not have enough info to disagree with Gwarzo, let's just put the matter to rest then.

That is a euphemism for saying Gwarzo does not have enough information to come to his own conclusion.

Emerging evidence show that France has a COVID-19 patient almost a full month before the first "confirmed" case.

The man was admitted in a hospital on 27th December for pneumonia but his test result came back negative for pneumonia (by this time, no one knows what coronavirus is). Now his sample (along with other samples from that time period) is defrosted and tested for Covid-19. Out of 14 tests, 13 came back negative and his own positive. After retesting, it still came back positive.

This discovery shows that coronavirus have been spreading all over Europe and the rest of the world long time ago, when all eyes were in China and Wuhan.

So China and the WHO lied and the virus was spreading long before January that they claimed, right?

From the root argument...
Drake is actually a vulture here, and he will be a guest in UK house of rap, that he is biting from
Rap is different, it's a culture on it's own.
It's not about where you are related to, it's about the hood you grew up in, which actually determines which side you are.
Or you assume east coast rappers were born or related to the eastern part of US, same as west coast rappers?

Rap is not a culture of it's own bro (in terms of Country-Rap). It is a narrative people always try to come up with when they cannot beat the person at the top. Jay-Z who today is celebrated as a rap god was once called a culture vulture. Eminem as well has suffered the same. Mode9 in Nigeria was accused of the same and he had a very witty response: "Afro HipHops need to go see the Barber". In other words, there is no Afro in HipHop. HipHop is HipHop.

What defines the type of rap one is allowed to do is to tell their own story. So culture appropriation will only make sense if Drake is rapping about other people's life experiences and making it his own. He did not. Using a flow, accent, argot of a region that you have roots to cannot make you a vulture. It is a reductive argument to make.

For you to say rap is not a culture on its own, I need to read no more

Or maybe because I said rap, I meant hip-hop

So, people should start talking after it's been passed into law?

Should the NDDC boss and other stakeholders complaining about not being carried along in the exercise wait for the bill to be signed into law before voicing out their concerns?

I'm sure you know the bill has already scaled the second reading in the lower chamber of the National Assembly last week.

Accept that you were wrong, the bill hasn’t been signed yet.

Now back to the rest of your post, you need to get acquainted with the legislative process.

First and second reading of a bill means the bill has been accepted to be deliberated upon, after the second reading then there will be public hearing on the bill then the standing committee will sit and deliberate on the draft bill while taking into consideration all the opinions, ideas and suggestions from the public hearing, the standing committee will then present a final draft bill to the house which will be read for the third time and after which vote will take place to pass the bill into law.

After the House of Rep pass it into law, the bill will be sent to the Senate for harmonization and concurrence, the senate will also read the bill and refer the bill to their standing committee to go through the bill and make recommendations, if the senate finds any issue or aspect in the bill that needs correction, they will send the bill back to the House of Rep who will make the necessary adjustment and send back the bill to the senate. After the senate goes through the bill and OK it to be voted upon, the senate put the bill to a vote and if passed, the senate will then transmit the bill to the President who will either assent to the bill or reject before it becomes an act of Parliament.

You welcome.

Ok. We'll see how it all pans out. Hope they will take time to consider the pros and cons of mandatory vaccination for the novel coronavirus.

It's even appalling that no efforts are being made in this part of the world (or maybe there are some I'm not aware of) to produce a vaccine for the virus.

Africans must always wait for the whites for everything, and whenever the whites can't get it right (as humans are prone to making mistakes), we are at their mercy.

That's a topic for another day.

I've seen that already.

I won't lie im not surprised. Mike Tyson only lives to fight. This guy has an archive of almost every major boxing match that has ever happened, and he sits down to watch these fights almost everyday.

The kind of training this nogga used to do, would burn all kinds of movement patterns into his muscle memory for life.

Watch this don training as a teenager here. He's almost to fast to even see.

They should just give Liverpool the league and get it over with.

Then they can start planning/thinking of starting the league for September.

They can go the way or no relegation and no promotion or just promote the first 3 in the championship, expand the league to 23 teams and stop the carabao cup for next season. Once the season ends, 6 team relegate and things go back to normal.

Top 4 remains as it is. If City ban hold, then 5th replace them in Europe. No time for sentiment.

With Kalous' recent madness, all eyes are on Hertha Berlin and largely the Bundesliga.

If this isn't managed well, starting that league would not happen.

I genuinely can't believe the amount of people that think there is any chance that the Premier League will void the season or not complete it. It would be financial suicide to do that for both clubs and organizers.

Lawsuits galore! Clubs will sue and sue and sue. Everyone has vested interests and players, clubs and associations are held together by agreements and contracts. The resulting lawsuits won’t be settled for years. It’s not gbasgbos like in Nigeria.

I swear bro. Then you see sponsors and broadcasters telling you the contract they signed is for 38matches not 29 so they are not obligated to pay anything as it's a breach of contract. Some top clubs have already lost more than 100million+ just this past months already. It's going to be tough for England.
