Why would the trailer owner be probed? if Dagrin was not under the influence of Alcohol he should easily have been able to avoid running into the stationary trailer that was not blocking the road.

I don't wanna sound harsh but i've lost 3 friends and acquaintances due to drunk driving, mostly when their vehicles ram into trailers that they were too inebriated to notice. Why don't we TRY and make a difference for once and use his death as a sign to sensitize more people about the hazards of Driving under the influence?

For me, lesson learnt: When you drink don't drive, when you drive don't drive. When you see a trailer/articulator, stationary or moving, let all your senses be turned on and drive defensively.
