But to answer your question, i would say muslims coz the majority of the hausa tribe that occupy a very great percentage of the northern part of Nigeria which also contains a larger part of the country in land area, happen to be muslims.

technically we Traditionals are the highest, because apart from the 100% Traditionalists/Pagans, many muslim and christian are also part-time traditionalists.

Outside, Nigeria is known for two things.
