I can also see u have a misconception about cholesterol! Cholesterol is actually essential 2 d body, what doctors advise their patients against is Low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol aka the bad cholesterol as against High-density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol aka the good cholesterol.
