there is a difference between seeing and looking. seeing is done with the eyes, looking goes beyond the eyes to the mind. you don't lust with the eyes, but with the mind. when you saw the naked woman, did you just remove your eyes from it just like you take your eyes off when you look her nose, or lingered and fantasized about her unclothedness?
