I just dont like that hat ijaw women carry on their head and that guy is dressed like an Igbo. So,where is their fedora hat they got from the white man when they sold their kinsmen into slavery ?

That particular hat the groom is wearing is a well know Igbo attire so where is their famous fedora hat,the heavilly feathered hat and the multiple beads they wear. That simple attire the groom is wearing is a know Igbo attire!

Excuse me! All and sundry knows very much that non Igbo south south except for Edoid groups wear fedora. That knitted hat the groom is wearing is very known amongst Igbos, especially Onicha groups.

see him rocking the typical Ijaw hat. the heavily feathered hat is only meant for burials or chieftaincy coronation ceremony

that other hat is also worn by Ibani people of bonny and Opobo. I never knew igbos also wear that hat. .well we do have some kinda igbo influence/elements in ibani culture
