Hello all, I want to answer the following questions so that whoever is interested in our products can have a good information to aid their buying decision. Our company is not one of those land speculators.

1. Has work commenced with the parameter fence and gate?
Work in all of our Estate has passed the level of ordinary fence. We have in place fence and gates. Security officers are stationed in all of our estate 24/7, to protect and watch all structures and fittings already put in place. Photo speak !!!

2. How close is the estate to the main road (express) and the propose light rail terminal (Stonegate Estate in Agbara?
The location for the estate is very good, it is exactly by the road and so therefore, accessing the rail after completion will not be a problem.
Same goes for all of our estate, the roads are motorable, accessible and strategically located. Call and book a day for inspection. We are proud to take you to our Estate. (No Inspection for Agbara for now)


3. Anybody (allotee) building yet?

To ensure we get real value for moneys invested, a consulting firm QS consulting has been engaged and has fully started work on site to boost the effort of our team.

Infrastructural developments in the four estatesabove are at different stages and included asphaltic road, earth roads, street light, borehole e.t.e are also being erected to completion.

(20) Is there any time limit to commence work on my land after allocation?
Subscribers are encouraged to take possession and mobilise to their plot(s) within 6 months of allocation in order to control weeds; also in case where the land is left un-kept, the operators have autonomous power to revoke the land and every document attached to it and re-allocate the same plot to another customer while the existing owner is re-allocated elsewhere within the estate.

(21) WHEN DO I PAY THE OTHER CHARGES? REF: NUMBER 10.
Survey and Documentation fees is to be paid once payment for the land is completed while developmental fee is to be paid 6 months after physical allocation.

(22) WHAT HAPPENS IF I DO NOT PAY MY DEVELOPMENTAL FEES?
Such a customer would not be allowed to mobilise to site within the stipulated 6 months and allocation will be revoked within 4 weeks after the stipulated time if there is no visible progress in payments.
