I waant to open form B(CANVAS) from form A(CANVAS) with the below Pl/sql code

RUN_PRODUCT(forms,'CANVAS16', Asynchronous,runtime,filesystem,'','');

but it given this error FRM-92101: There was failure in the form server during. This could happen due to invalid configuration. Please look into the web-server log file for details.

Please Oracle people should assist me.

Hope its not too late, but you cannot use the "RUN_PRODUCT". Thats typically meant for calling/integrating oracle reports.

Simply, I assume your canvasses have associated "WINDOWS", a simple call from an event (button press) would do.

Ex. show_window('FORM_B') and you can hide/close it with hide_window('FORM_B')

or

If the canvasses contain different blocks, a "go_block" or go_item call to the FORM_B would activate the window.
