Well back to the Topic :

Facebook will be selling stock to the public today 18th May 2012 in an Initial Public Offering at $38 a share.
Their economic model is selling ads on FB profiles that don't seem to be very effective. The founder Marc Zuckerberg is keeping 60% of the voting stock so he will effectively do what he wants with FB. One has to wonder how long the stock will stay up after the hype goes away.


The question now is if you were in the US, would you invest into this stock, and how good do you think it would fair in the midst of competitions?
