minimum of ten yrs experience in a top/senior management position
working knowledge of marketing and administration

2 Technical Director (ES00212)
A good first degree in any discipline
track record in footballing and football organization and development
familiarity with the principles of coaching

3 Marketing Director (ES00213)
A good first degree or its equivalent in any discipline
full membership of any related marketing professional association
minimum of 8 yrs experience in top/senior management position

4 Finance Manager (ES 00214)
A good first degree or its equivalent in any discipline
Professional qualification eg ACA, ACCA
Minimum of 10yrs experience in top/senior management position

5 Administration Manager (ES00215)
Bachelors degree from a reputable organization or equivalent membership with HR or relevant professional body
Minimum of 8yrs relevant experience
