Just wondering if kerosene wil freeze if put in freezer. Need an explanation on this.

if you get temperature of -30degrees or below (in your freezer) then yes it will freeze.

ALL liquid freeze at some point (even alcohol and helium)....it just depends on how far below zero you are going.

The advice is wrong as most domestic refrigerators don't go lower than -5. But every liquid will free at some temperature

It will have a freezing temperate and if that temperature is reached, it will freeze.
Remember that the state of all matter can be changed as a result of temperature

Jet fuel(a constituent of 30% Kerosene and 70% gasoline) with a very low freezing point at -60° Celsius while normal Kerosene the type which is used in Africa for stoves can as well freezes before that temperature or point.

yes any kerosene will freeze at a particular temperature.

jet fuel is more refined kerosene (it does not contain gasoline) it is classify as jet-A or jet-A1. jet-A1 has lower freezing point requirement by regulation.
note: it is jet-B that is blended with gasoline of that proportion for cold weather performance but rarely use because it is more dangerous to handle.

kerosene a mixture of chemicals? chei, i wasnt paying attention when they covered fractional distillation in chemistry class. if i may ask, what and what are the chemicals you mix to get kerosene?
also, this will be my first time to think about such experiment i.e freezing hydrocarbons like gasoline, kerosene, deisel etc.
i suppose it will eventually freeze at some temperature.

The word is not freeze but deposition and crystalization. The several constituent compounds that make up kerosine will solidify at varying low temperatures given that the solvent is chemically heterogeneous. As an example, consider a freezing bottle of coke; the water component will freeze at a higher temperature (0 degree celsius) than the other coke constituents.

Why not try it before asking. You want me to try it with mine. No problem. Kerosine will actually turn to Petroleum when left for few secs(¤c).
