Beaf: Aso Rock events are generally about GEJ receiving ambassadors, Abati making announcements and other such boring stuff.
I don't see what the big deal is.

I said the above earlier. After reading several posts, I don't any arguments that say why it is a big deal.

Tinkin nigerians ar watchin gej slowly, its so painful dat some persons support dis move,we all knw hw corrupt dis politicians @ asorock act.no matter d riggin, gej already knws he is not gettin d votes for 2015,i guess d main reason for doin dis if it is true anyway is for corruption and enormous lootin to take place without us knwin, wht really amaze me in d story is d part which says d stations shud collect footage from NTA,(lwkmd)i tink my comment abt dat will be given whn a trend on nta is opened

Almaiga: JEG's government has run out of idea. They have nothing to offer after making empty promises dayly, they now burry there heads in shame.
Ran out of ideas? They've never had any idea to begin with!

nyxus: NTA... Failed Station. The last time the FG allotted money for the purchase of any equipment was 2003. They are so scared of the government that if they say half the truth that ONTV (entertainment station without NEWS) they did be owed for months their salaries. During the subsidy protest NTA 2 in VI was almost burnt down thanks to Pat Utomi who rescued them by pacifying aggrieved youth who because of their refusal to air the protest resorted to near-arson. It should be noted that no NTA station aired any news about the protest that lasted up to 2weeks. Clueless is becoming useless and useless is becoming harmful... "GEJ and Negation" my next probe and I will sure write a novel "The Clueless One"
Classic

Would rather not comment on this until it is relayed in the print media.
But seriously, is it not better for the tv stations to abandon Aso Rock and embark on massive voter education? Nigerians need to learn the act of electing credible leaders.

omo alaro: AIT Focus Nigeria has just announced that the Federal Government has henceforth banned all Private TV cameras from coverage of all activities inside Aso Rock Villa.
According to Gbenga Aruleba, The programme anchor, Federal govt. has alleged that Private TV coverage of ASO Rock events have been a source of embarrasment to Government in the past and henceforth, only TV cameras belonging to NTA would be allowed in all ASO Rock events.
All others TV stations can go to NTA and obtain footage of events if they want to broadcast.

GEJ is not only docile but meek. Advisers are exploiting ds weaknesses 4 their benefits and at d expense of d nation. In a country of more than 150 million people d best candidate 4 Aso rock after OBJ absymal performance was GEJ. What a pity.May God save Nigeria from visionless leadership in our lifetime.
