MKO Abiola University is a very razz name, to be quite honest.

'University of Lagos' sounds better.

Who cares what new unilag will bear? It won't affect the shitty standard of education we have here. There are more pressing issues like the electricity price hike in a few days time and the plan to remove the subsidy totally. Silly students protesting over aesthetics while their future is been flushed down the drain.

Does anyone know why the nigerian govt always prefers to chase butterflies when their mates are chasing turkeys? We say update the infrastructure, but the priority seems to be changing names? And why are there no more federal universities being built which could be named anything they like? Even if una wan name am after una pikin or una pet rabbit?

I am nt a student of Lag bt i tink d change is nt just palatable. I mean unilag is a very strong name, it dozn't dserve 2 b changed for any reason at all. Besides, a poly has been named after dis man already.
