Less fatty and carbonhydrate foods listed above, plenty of water intake everyday and mild exercise will do the magic for u! Peace

Miss EZ: weight loss is 80% diet and 20% exercise. Eat a healthy diet, meaning add more fruits and veggies to your meals and reduce rice, pasta and all the other starchy intakes. Also reduce the amount of oil and fried stuff in your food. Also try to walk/run for atleast 30 minutes daily. And this is all just beginning o, after you get used to being active, you have to amp up your workouts.

The only way you are going to lose weight drastically in 20 days is to starve yourself. What happens is you will lose mostly water weight and some muscles and a little fat. But as soon as you start to eat, most or all the weight will come back. Slow and steady is the best way to lose weight.

Said it all @op incase you are too busy to exercise,you can exercise by dancing, I know it sounds funny or crazy but you can lose 2 or more pounds every week dancing up to 1hr/day.

Avoid eating meat and starch together. No sugar of any kind even sweetner. This could help.

Alamen: Common guys stop joking around. This Babe may be very serious. Well, my advice:

- Drink water very early in the morning
- Eat fruit carrot or cucumber in the morning. That will prevent ulcer.
- Do not eat anything until 12pm.
- Eat your meal btwn 12-1pm
- Whenever, you feel hungry, eat carrot or cucumber, they have extremely low calorie.
- Eat your dinner by 7:30pm and drink water before hitting the bed.

NB
Avoid fried foods such as yam, potato, plantain, chin-chin,egg roll etc. DO NOT TOUCH ICE CREAM AGAIN.

Eat you last meal 4 hrs before bed because when your'e at sleep you burn calories, but when you eat right before going you bed, you will not burn any calories and the food that you ingest will be stored in your body and turned into fat.
drink a glass of water at least every 2 hours and before each meal.
Eat small portion meals every 3hrs and stop before you are full.
Eat fruits, but not too much because it will increase you blood sugar. Remember, sugar is sugar and your body cannot tell the difference.
Eat lots of protein like beans,nuts and fish to keep you energized, but try to avoid peanuts because it contains fat.

2 ways unhealthy & the unhealthy way

Healthy way
Excersice( running, sit ups, lunges & push ups) or Zumba DVD & dance you fat away, lol. Pls remember you gained all this over time, so don't expect t loose it overnight.
Eat healthy, oatmeal porridge or bran cereal, veggies ( sweet potato, lettuce, cabbage, carrots, cucumber, tomatoes, spinach, broccoli, coliflour, green, red,yellow peppers, beans, brown rice, brown pasta, fruits but minimize bananas & lots of grape fruit. Your meat should be lean e.t.c turkey, skinless chicken as the skin of chicken harbours most of the chicken fat, lean part of beef, fish, tuna in water not oil, substitute your oil with olive oil instead if you can & steam most of your food or grill never dip fry, cut down on salt & use cinnamon on your food as it helps stabilize your blood sugar in order to control cravings, lots & lots of water as it flushes out your system.

Unhealthy way
Cayenne pepper, pineapple, maple syrup & water, mix into a concoction & drinking that for 10-15days without food, hope you survive this lol.

The only thing that allows you to loose weight without working out was taken off the market about 5 years ago. It was xenadrine RFA1 which was an ephedra based product.
The reason why it was banned was because people didn't follow the dosage or they had heart problems and it ended up killing some people.

If you search online now you will find tons of products that supposedly contains ephedra but it's not the same amount or actual chemical. So your only option is to work out or get lypo or plastic surgery.

This is the best advice in this thread, the OP will do well to heed this advice.
Exercise is very good for fitness but its overrated when it comes to weight loss. Like this poster said, its 80 or even 90 percent diet. Watch what you eat and when you eat it. Allways eat breakfast! Its the best meal of the day, it keeps you full and less hungry through out the day. Avoid everything FRIED!, Carbohydrate, every beaverage except water and milk. Drink lots and lots of water. Avoid eating anyting from 5pm. Consider everything that enters your mouth as food, like peanuts, carrots, casheu nuts, garden eggs and even water. Then try to add little exercise.

Hello Girly,

I understand u have a job, but that is no excuse not to exercise. Americans have 2 jobs sometimes 3 jobs and many still find to exercise. First lady Obama, an accomplished lawyer with 2 kids still finds time to exercise to keep fit. Honey, its your body, your health, and what the world sees before u utter a word; b4 dey know u. And it is up to you to take good care of it no matter what it takes. Whai used to live in Hawaii where d traffic is mad and it used to take me 2hrs to get to work everyday and 2hrs back and I still got into work at 8am and also got home around 9 or 10pm. And I still found time to exercise in d mornings (just wake up earlier; it doesn't cost u anything). If anything, it costs u more not to exercise cos u continue to get heavier, look and feel unhealthy. Exercise also makes u feel alert and very good for relieving stress.
As a college student, I used to be up in d library till 1am on some days, but I still exercised 3 days a week even while doin an internship with my school work;friday, saturday, sunday. U don't have an excuse not to take care of U.

You need to reduces your calories intake,
Don't eat late,
Reduces the portion of food you usually eat.
You can't cut out execise if you want to loose weight, (30 min walk).

let your breakfast cereal and skimmed milk(fresh).

I don't know about the short cut thing. But if you are consistent you can shed weight in a short time. Many have advised on nutition already. It is very important. I suggest You take a lot of water. Minimise to the barest minimum your intake of red meat or cut it off entirely if you can. White meat is better. Cut of dairy too(I found out that milk gets me bloated and heavy). Cut off sweetened drinks and sugars. Take a lot of veggies and fruits(not too sweet ones are better). No late night feeding. 7pm should be your cut off time

And you do need exercise, not just to shed weight but for a healthier you. Try making it fun. There are so many fun exercises on you tube for example.
