I just bought the Airtel modem this morning. Airtel sim cards are displaying 'no signal' when i insert them into the modem whereas I get full signal strength when I insert the sim cards into mobile phones. I called the Customer Care service, they keep asking for my number and nothing has been done. Anyone that knows what is really wrong and how I can overcome this problem should please, tell me.
