Hi mamas!

I need recommendation on a good soap and lotion for a 6months old.

I have a very light skin baby boy. Up till now I use Johnson baby soap (the yellow packet that is white inside). For cream I use Shea butter mixed with coconut oil and palm kernel oil (I mix it myself)

Recently my mother in law has been on my neck that my baby is getting darker. Please what do you all use for your fair babies?
Baby boot soap or sebamed are just the best for this case.

I have actually changed soap thrice.....cussons, faidar and now baby tetmosol. I don't use cream for him.

Did you advice be not to pump or Express? Hmmmm

Pearl05, if you're in pain, massage your breast with towel dipped in warm water, Express and dump or Express and store in the freezer ONLY IF YOU HAVE STABLE POWER SUPPLY!
I hope vision 2020 has not been defeated with all these para response.

Okay ma. It was put on my hospital list, so I won't be embarrassed when the time comes that's why I'm asking. Although I've been educated here that powder isn't good for new born, but as I want to buy jimpo ori and boots/cusson soap, I wanted to know which powder I can buy alongside.
That jimpo Ori is very good for babies.

She needs to pump to imitate sucking so that she will continue to produce milk or else her milk production may reduce or totally cease sef.

Exactly....it happened to me.

Why has he refused to eat, is he sick or has he always been like that? Are you still breastfeeding him? You need to include all these details to your post so that people that have been a similar situation can respond.

WOMEN! INDEED ITS A CRITICAL ISSUE THAT NEEDS TO BE RESOLVED ONCE AND FOR ALL

Especially for families and ethnics in Nigeria, who lay great emphasis on a particular sex of baby over another,
It baffles me so much to learn that a significant number of women still go through severe torture physically and emotionally, in the hands of their amiable husbands and in-laws for reasons:

-either they are finding it difficult to conceive/get pregnant, or
-they have been longing to have a particular sex of baby; boy or girl….

The truth is that it is absolutely not your fault, and I want you to know that you are not alone.
However, the Good News is – there is a potent way out; which has helped many families actualize their marital dreams and save their marriages. It may be of help to you too.

It begins with getting a firm grasp of your fertility…….

Good evening sabi mummies and daddies in the building,

My wife just lost her job today and we have a 7 months old daughter who has been attending creche since 2 months ago due to her mum work. The current creche is a bit far from home because it's closer to her mum former office but I'm confused if we should look for a good creche nearby or let her stay at home with mummy for now.

My thinking is that she will be able to learn and develop more playing with other kids of her age instead of staying at home alone with mummy.

Oh, and I recently found a good online store where you can order quality food for a child made in Japan. Here is a link to this store https://thebestfromjapan.com/organic-milk-formula/holle-organic-formula. I have already been advised by this store by many people and I can say that this is a good and reliable option. So try it.

Daddy don't be confused. Everything will be fine.
Look for another good creche nearby to save on transportation costs.
While baby is in the creche, your wife will find it easier to look for another job or take classes to upgrade her skills or even plan to set up her own enterprise.

All the best.

Sorry about the job loss. She will get a better one soon.
Please look for a creche close to your house for easy pick up and drop off and also to save on transportation cost.
