I can't say exactly. But during our time it was April.

The transcript will only arrive without a transcript label if you didn't give it to your school. I don't know the penalty for that.

I just wrote the PG school via courier about the delay in my transcript. Should get there in 2 weeks plus. I think that's okay, I also enclosed a student copy to assure them the official copy is still under processing and a copy of my original BSc certificate which I just collected from my Alma mater just yesterday, just to assure them I have bona fide credentials. Avicky, isn't that okay?, I don't want to take chances as I requested for Provisional Admission Offer if it gets too late as it was said offers starts next week. That's the procedure in UNILAG today and OAU PG of old.
