  Employability Skills training we offer focus on impacting participants with the 8 internationally recognised Key competence skills which are vital for high performance rating in any organisation.
The key competence Skills includes:

Presentation skills, Communication and writing skills – You will learn the basics of proposal, memo, request letter, report writing skills, Team roles – You will learn about the different team roles and also carry out individual psychometric test to identify your strong personal role in a team and how to use this knowledge effectively. Other major highlights includes Multitasking skills, Business problems solving, Creative thinking, Assertiveness and People Management (this prepares you for a managerial role).

Training Duration: 5days including issuance of certificate
Internship – Internship enrollment with a company to broaden network/employment opportunities
Facilitators – Qualified and Industry experienced
