I also notice that by exactly 3am, there use to be a cool breeze in the tropics no matter how hot the weather may be. also by this same time, no matter hw u try to keep awake, there will be a lighter dozing.

Yes, they appear as glows, and circular aura on camera. But you could sense their presence and their figure following you and trying to scare. At some occasions I got to chant and meditate to keep my frequency beyond the astral to overcome the fear.
