Women can manage the children and house keeping very well but they are not good to head/manage company, firm,organization,head a group mixed with male and female.

Not necessarily. What makes a good manager is the person's leadership style and moral values and principles and not their gender. I have met women who are terrible managers and I have equally met men who terrible managers as well. However, I prefer male managers only because quite a number of female managers can be very petty and even downright vindictive over the most mundane things.

Whoever said ladies are more prudent with finances is TOTALLY wrong. Most married guys I know have little issues with their wives when it comes to savings. Most guys are able to save over 40% of their earnings cos we think ahead (family, investments, emergencies, etc). And we're quite prudent in our spendings. But ladies? If it's not the new handbag, it's that beautiful material or gown that a co-worker brought to sell in the office.

Some women do n some are extravagant,infact 70% of women re extravagant cos dey tink of more of their looks dan saving d money, but wen it comes 2 managing d home,they do a gud job there.

It is only in Autostar Executive shuttle, A transport company owned by the fomer SSG of Enugu state, the whole offices in different branches of the country are been manage by female because they have sumting in btwn their legs that can service their boss at anytime.

If you want to differentiate between men and women as manager,try MONTAIGNE AH LTD,but be prepared .she may place advert for your position after your 1st month. You will be working under her in a hostile,unconducive environment,turning herself to god & paying your salary in arrears! Mind u ,no public holiday observation.you will work from monday to saturday.your salary is not sure because it may be deducted because of some extreneous/flimsy excuses...and so on.ponder it over!

thats a big lie women can head business's very well i mean what about women running top fashion company's or top business company's. i mean come one we were not brought into this world to become permanent house-wives or just home-keepers NO.

So true. And then there's the back biting and gossiping at the workplace that will make your head spin. I remember working under a female manager once in PH. The relationship between her and male staff members was quite cordial, but she had this deep-seeded hatred for a quiet but beautiful female colleague of mine. Their relationship looked more like a feline stalking a helpless lamb before she pounces.

Then there's the emotions. That's why it's quite easy for us men to make extremely hard, but necessary, decisions.
