I struggle to think of a single Minister who has made the kind of impact that cuts across tribe or age group. The only person i can think of (in terms of impact) was not a Minister but a Director-General. The 1st DG of NAFDAC, Dora Akinluyi changed the face of drugs and food standards in Nigeria. Any more? |

It's probably best to include state governors in your poll. Their efforts tend to be more visible and quantifiable than federal ministers. |
