At least 50 corpses have been discovered in the house of a pastor in Plateau State.

The pastor is reported to belong to the Church of Christ in Nigeria.

The corpses were suspected to be those who ran for safety in the pastor's house as they were being pursued by Fulanis.

The discovery was made in Matse in Riyom area of the state.

The state has been in crisis in the last few days with Fulani men attacking.

As reported on Saturday, not less than 20 persons were killed in nine villages in Barkin Ladi Local Government Area of the state.

Who really killed innocent people that had no protection like that? The time is now ripe for us to take arms against a sea of trouble and by opposing end them because it is dishearteningly obvious that the Nigerian security system has woefully failed.

The headline is very misleading as if the Pastor has done something wrong whereas, The people only took refugee at the church and the invaders captured them there. I can't even imagine what they might have went through before they died. Who knows maybe the pastor is even among the casualties. May their souls rest in peace but to me this is a senseless killing and i hope the people behind it are brought to justice.

what another sad day in Nigeria. Fulanis cladding bulletproof vests and automatic guns to slaughter unsuspecting villagers. I ask, is it not the same bulletproof vest Goodluck launched with fanfare in Kaduna last week that have been ferried into the hands of those devils? Otherwise, where did they get the bulletproof vests and ammunition from?

Are you guys following the trend of violence and killings: Boko Haram has quiet down in a week or so since the new NSA is making headway in dialogue, now out from no where, the Fulanis have resurfaced again. There is someone pulling these strings of violence and killings. In my opinion he is doing this strategically, intelligently and the calculus behind it is working!

d unfortunate thing is dt none of these killers has actually been punished or brought to book, so to say, so with dis trend, injustice, inhumanity, and a lot of atrocites will continue to increase day by day and they will continue to go away with it, May God just help us in dis country!
