Hello guys i am using sepectranet for my cafe business and of recently say since last week, i have been experiencing slow connections i mean seriously slow internet connections and i called their customer care line and i was to complain and i was told that there is a general connection problem from their up-stream service providers.

Please i don't know how true this is.
