Get the genuine Honda HCF 2 CVT fluid. Your transmission is a CVT type as long as it's a 9th generation Honda accord with a 4 cylinder. The amount varies depending on the location of purchase.

Sure!
Gear fibres are very replaceable but must be done by only a gear specialist.
I complained here earlier that my 05 accord doesn’t move while on D only on reverse, but if I leave the car on and it get warm it’ll pick while on d and any other gears, so I called a gear expert to check it today, he said I need to change the gear clutch, pls could that be the cause of the problem?

You need to replace the Electronic Load Detector relay after thoroughly and carefully checking that all other electrical contact points and electrical components such as Alternator, AC and eve the ECM and its own programming are within specs.

What recent thing or repairs did you do to the car to pop up such code?
It must be done by a competent technician tho.
Where is your car located?

If you are sure he is actually a gear expert, then change the gear clutch.Let's see the result!
He is the one on ground and has physically examined your car!

Good luck to you!

Please where can I get a good ac mechanic in benin city that does vacuum on the ac lines, I am feed up with my ac always running short of gas every three months after a refill of 134a refrigerant.

The car is an 06 v6 2006 accord

You most likely have a slow leak.

Trace the refrigerant circuit for any moist areas (oily), which may be the leakage site. Pay attention to the compressor seals too.

If you can't find any externally, leakage may be in the evaporator (at some point, you should have smelt refrigerant in the car cabin, if this were the case, anyway).

Lastly, in my experience, I think inferior grade refrigerants dry up over time, in the absence of a leak. I have seen a couple of such cases.

Good luck wink

my ac tech guy has checked my compressor severally and has told me no leak, the other time I had to change the hose close to my power steering cup as he said the pipe had expired and was leaking.

Kindly enlightenment me on this inferior gas, thanks

I know a guy around Iyana Ejigbo by Grooming Centre.

Just to be sure: do you need a mechanic or a gear specialist?
