Just stumbled on a document on IQ by countries and I was shocked that it ranked Nigerians with an average IQ of 67, behind South Africa (72)

I strongly disagree with this assessment but sometimes when I take a second look at it, especially as regards events within the polity and how we react, I begin to wonder if this is really far from the truth?
