Qualifications
A University degree/HND in any of the arts in social sciences or Business management discipline


Job Purpose
-Present a professional and positive image of Aero contractors by assisting customers in a prompt, friendly and courteous manner

-Provide check-in assistance, ticketing, reservations, re-booking of itineraries and boarding pass for passengers checking and acceptance of passenger luggage

-allocate seat numbers, issue boarding pass, luggage labels and assist in tracking lost luggage

- weigh luggage and collect any excess charges

- Provide up to date information on flights and services

- board flights and escort passengers to aircraft as needed

- Provide accurate gate information, flight arrival and departure information as well as respond to general inquirers

- assist special needs passengers and resolve customers complaints

- maintain thorough knowledge and handling of unaccompanied minors and law enforcement officers

- communicate clearly and accurately with customers as well as ground and aircraft personnel

Please, i do not think this is a scam. You can visit the site and click on about us , management and you will see that the person that signed it is a top management officer. If you are interested in the position, just visit any of the office and drop you resume. Dont be surprised that those that are saying it is scam have dropped theirs. They want to be the only one. Nigerians are funny people, everything is scamm to them and yet nobody is asking you to pay money.
