I think Mr GBENGA should beg his business partner to give him another chance by replanting for him this coming season the number of agreed hectares he paid for. Since it's a management contract of which Mr GBENGA has convinced him of his knowledge and experience to plant till harvest without indicating any possibility of fire or loss during the period. I am of the opinion that the victim passed the farming risk to him in lieu of management fee of which was fully paid with the cost of planting and other. We can't be expecting the victim to bear the total lose after paying management fee.
