“When I was little, I remember we had several migrants from the neighboring Cameroonian villages who settled in our communities. One common feature they all had was the position their immunization scar. While we had just one of those scars on our arms, the Cameroonians had it both on their arms and their buttock. You know we took our bath together in the same river. So that was how we identified kids from Cameroon. The immunization scar on their buttock. If Atiku is really from Cameroon as is been alleged, then he should have the scar on his buttock also"Adamawa Chief

Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, has alleged that presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Atiku Abubakar is an “indigene” of Cameroon.

Kanu stated this on Saturday during his live broadcast from London, UK.

The IPOB leader further blamed Atiku for the failure of Alex Ekwueme.

Kanu said: “Some of you do not understand that the person behind the failure of Ekwueme in 1999 during PDP convention was Atiku

“Do you know that Atiku Abubakar is from Cameroon? His area of Adamawa was in Cameroon.

Kanu, however, warned Nigerians against voting in the forthcoming 2019 election.

Rotimi Amaechi, the director general of the All Progressives Congress Presidential Campaign Organisation (APCPCO), has challenged Peter Obi, vice-presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to a public debate.

Speaking in Kano on Thursday, Amaechi said Peter Obi lied about infrastructure and transportation, while fielding questions from Kadaria Ahmed on the presidential town hall-style debate.

“I need to address some important issues, I’m addressing Nigerians, not just Kano indigenes; I speak today as a Catholic Christian. I speak with responsibility as a former governor of Rivers state, and former chairman of the governors’ forum.

“I have told my friend and my former deputy, his excellency Peter Obi, that the moment you climb the post of governor, you must deal with facts and figures, you must not lie to the people lead.

Amaechi said Peter Obi lied by saying that former president Goodluck Jonathan had released money for all the rail projects completed by the Muhammadu Buhari-led administration.
