RedReact: @Adetoi01, congrats man. Thanks man, I appreciate. @Shodur, please, do, they can be funny at times, my grant came since last month. @Enyinna, you do not need it. If you attach such, they might try to confirm it. Also, they might put a "no further stay" clause. My 2cents. Guess the gurus should know better. |

To the glory of almighty God, I've been granted my study visa. I'm sooooo happy. Thanks to the whole house. Chi50, I owe you a deep gratitude. FutureDon, you're the don of the house. Every other person, I appreciate. The person who shared info about using Telbo to make international calls, my heartfelt gratitude. I've called Australia and South Africa for over an hour, and I'm yet to spend 1 dollar! My timeline: submitted my application on 2nd November, medicals on 4th, the application got to Pretoria on 6th, granted on 20th. Pfl said the stuff was delivered to their junk box , called Pretoria today and was told about the grant since last month. I'm elated. On to IOM now. Thanks again e-family. RMIT! Here I come! |

Congrats demi Demi10: What a glorious way to start the month of December, awesome, awesome and thanks to the Almighty God is all I can say. I just got my mail confirming the grant of My Visa. I am indeed grateful to God. My only regret is that I didn't apply with my family because I didn't know about SVP. I have applied before I knew about the fact I don't need to submit proof of funds. My question is please what do I need to do now to apply for my family, I trust God to do this as soon as possible. I pray for everyone still expecting, you shall all receive your goodnews in Jesus name. Amen God bless everyone in this forum and thank you all |

Omo, this one na ground opener for the month, congrats. Abeg pray for me o ewagbamio: At last! My efamily, kindly help me thank the Almighty God for my successful visa application It's been a very tough and challenging journey but God saw us through. Lots of little mistakes here and there I barely have time to sit still and carefully plot things the way I wanted but the great ladies and gents on this thread are from another planet, I thank you all specially.
FutureDon! expect me in Queensland. Your work on my SoP was not in vain you see? 2Posh, scratch that, 10000000Posh, you have been wonderful, Erictack203, Chi50, bellong, Ferdimako, bossladyMo, scrollmeout and so many others.
My Timeline 1. Medicals for me and wife: Mid October (I unwisely filled so many things on the wifey's form for HAP ID and she ended up doing so many tests! Not the best thing to do, please just say no to most of the questions -- I'm talking particularly to the health workers here. Yes, you don't plan to enter an hospital, you don't plan to deliver there, you don't plan to do anything, no? You just want to be on your own there )
2. 11th Nov Gathered all my Docs and Lodged at Teleperformance Abj after making an appointment online
3.. Application got to Pretoria on 13th Nov
4. Decision made on 27th Nov
5. I got the email on 30th Nov
I didn't include my statement of account. I'm self employed and I have a valid Tax Clearance Cert so it makes a lot of things easier. your sop is very, very important.
Westerners, in my little interaction with them, are generally thorough and they don't just assume and over look stuff. So please take time out and repeatedly review your docs.
I did everything DIY via Australia thread on NL and the above is my story. IOM is next |

Medicals can only be done with hospitals recognised by the DIPB, check their website if there's any in PH, I only know of the ones in Abuja. Lagos has too.

|

As you've been told, booking an appointment ain't necessary, get your documents certified, passport photographs of the applicants with white background, your cash, international passport and yellow card, that's all. If you're lucky people ain't much there, you'll spend less than 30 minutes there. Best wishes. November is here! Positive news awaits us all! ewagbamio: Thanks man, will do just that. I'll just book for myself since i'm the primary applicant.
One quick question, like how long does it take to complete the process in the teleperformance office? I plan a short trip to and fro from PH. Is it something one can complete in like two hours?
Thanks once again |

Yeah, you'll need to provide the recipient details such as bank name, account number, account name, swift code, amongst others. Just ask the school for the details you'll need to make a telegraphic payment, then walk into your bank of choice and tell them you need Form A. About the rate, mine was done using the official exchange rate, that is 1 dollar to 199 (based on the official exchange rate for the day) scrollmeout:
Thanks. For form A will I need to provide the recipients bank account? And what is the rate please?
To pay on immi account, I need to enter my card details. The account number isn't specified. |

Use Form A. I did mine with sterling. The commission with them is 1 percent. And it reflected there within 3 days. Ask your bank too. Best regards. scrollmeout: Thanks pingu2k5, 2 posh, chi50, and Adetoi01. Okpas12, we'll pop champagne this weekend. Bellong, i sight you too.
Pls house, which is the 'cheapest' way to pay my application fees, seeing the high exchange rates from banks and charges that come with it? Or is GTB Mastercard my best bet. I recently paid for something in USD and they charged me @ N231/dollar. I'm paying AUD7200.
Please help a brother out |
