Good morning guys

You guys are doing a great work.

I just want to clarify if its necessary that one's spouse get his credentials evaluated. I can't seem to find it on CIC website. Perhaps, someone here can provide a link.
Its not compulsory but could be necessary if you need the extra marks. It could add 8 marks to your score if he has a Bsc,and 10marks if Masters.

So finally my results were posted:

Listening 7
Reading 8
Writing 6.5 ( and to think I got an extra sheet of paper! I think I know my lapses small caps
Speaking 7.5

Overall 7.5

My questionn should I redo exam again cause of that writing that is 6.5 I feel like I got an F! What do u reckon my score would be like?? Is it a good result? Thank you house.
You need a minimum of 8 in Listening , and 7 in writing...rewrite and aim for 8.5,8,7.5,7.5 in LR,S& W. Play around with the CRS calculator, change the L to 8 and W to 7, and u'll see your scores go up by 50 points or more

Hello My people,

Your expertise and knowledge will be much appreciated.

Planning to enter the pool for early June draw, My wife is principal applicant. While her ECA should be ready by then because courier has confirmed delivery of her transcript to IAS since 24th of April, my own ECA is likely not going to be ready by then, due to delay from School in sending transcript, though I have my IELTS scores already.

I simply want to know if it is possible for a principal applicant to enter the pool with spouse but without spouses ECA and what the implications are.

I have checked her CRS score implication (without my ECA) and she should still be able to make the current trend in ITA draws.

Also, if she enters the pool and does not make ITA can we update her profile with my ECA for the next draw.

Just want to take advantage of these low scores.

Thanks
Yes you are right on all fronts. She can enter the pool without your ECA, and yes if she hasn't gotten an ITA before you ECA is ready, you can always update your EE profile.

Hi all, pls while filling eAPR,the statutory questions; there are 2 questions abt having been denied visas before. They seem the same to me? Please are they? If one has ever been denied a visa, is the answer yes to both?

DO NOT FILL YES FOR NO 2! DON'T!
You weren't refused visa due to misrepresentation or inadmissibility. Read between the lines...its a NO, if you make a mistake here you would be refused. People who are inadmissible have something to do with criminal profile.

I just received an LOE from Ontario and wondering whether I should accept it or wait to see if I'll get ITA.

My points presently is 405 but that's without my spouse's IELTS. He intends to apply for and write IELTS as soon as he gets his passport, which he's hoping to get next week.

He has also started his ECA and it's still pending with WES. With his ECA and IELTS, we should end up with about 430 but we don't know how long it will take to get ECA and we're not even 100% sure that he'll get his passport next week. We fear that points might just keep increasing. We also have siblings in Canada and by June , we'll get the extra 15 points, which will further increase our points.

So, my question is: should we accept LOE from Ontario or wait for IELTS and WES and pray that we get ITA subsequently?

Seniors in the house, abeg lend your voices oh.
Don't accept the NOI from Ontario. You have 6months to submit your application as long as you've not created your online acct wt them. Once you do ,you have 14days to submit. Don't throw 1500CAD away, its nonrefundable.

I wanted to send a PM when i saw this post this morning (even though i still cant figure it out yet) but i said no . i feel like it will be a disservice to do that considering all this thread has given me.

This thread is a DIY thread , and there are so manyof them all over the world where people connect for the purposes of migrating to Cananda. this is not the place to start touting your professional skills . We don't do that here. Selling your skills on this thread is so disappointing to say the least. Someone gave you a thumps up for this and i was appalled. The advice we have all got here do you know how much people pay for it ? You want to draft DEED for a fee when there are samples all over the place that you as a lawyer can freely paste here for others to use. I know you know am a lawyer no just that but am on the bench ( you know what that means)

This is not the place for tha,t not only is it against our professional conduct but its also selfish of you. All the people answering your questions here how many have you paid?

if you go through this thread you will see where Zadora helped people for free to post their documents to WES and her reason was she was giving back to the thread for all it had done for her. This is the person who formed the thread giving back . Does she have two heads. Go to canandavisa forum and see Indianans and Pakistanis doing favours from how to resize passport to LOE all sorts. Go to British experts forum the same thing

why must Nigeria's own be different?why?

i blame those who have refused to read this thread. if you would learn to read you will find answers to all your questions but no,looking the easy way out.

SHAME
Z
I thought a lawyer will have to serve as witness for a gift deed, sign, stamp and notarize it. If that's so, why would it be free? Its a professional service!

Hello House. Please I need your help with some clarifications. I have my IELTS results of L7.5 S7.0 R7.0 W7.5 and ECA assessed as completion of a first professional degree in common law. I have never practiced law and don't intend to. I am 41 years old and the PA. The work experience i want to claim point for is for Purchasing/Procurement Officer. My hubby is 49 years old, a Computer Engineer for more than 15yrs. His ECA not done yet but he has OND,HND and PGD. His IELTS result is L4.5 S7.0 R4.0 W6.0. My concerns are:
1. Can I apply for the SINP? Our score in the EE pool is 340
2. If we can't apply for SINP, what other options are opened for us based on our current profile as narrated above
3. Should I rewrite IELTS as the principal applicant to boost our score or
4. Should my hubby rewrite his?
5. If we don't rewrite our IELTS, do we have a chance in any of the PNP programs anyway?
Hope I have not bored you too much with my epistle but would really appreciate your kind responses and advice.
Thank you.
Send Arcayo a pm, he went through the SINP route.

Please what details do you need?

I've gone through the thread my challenge is just my baby's welfare.

I'm yet to write IELTS just registered.

My baby is less than one. I'm doing this for her.

I'm just bothered how I'll be able to relocate with her. Who will take care of her while I'm working.

How will I be able to take care of her pending when I get a job.
You'll be fine. They have creches and preschools, a bit pricey but not something you won't be able to afford once you get a job. You'll also get monthly childcare benefits which would go a long way to assist with bills. They've got good welfare packages for their residents and citizens, so you'll definitely be fine. All the best in your ielts, prepare well.

Sorry sir... Quoted you cos you were tryna get someone that needed help on a personal chat group. I have no issues with your group, but don't come here and mess with what a lot of people have put their time and energy in to keep alive and genuinely help people... Like I said earlier, all issues related to Canadian Express Entry would be dealt with right here on the thread. Experienced people are available and willing to guide ANYONE in every way possible and for Free.

Anyone can join your group at his own peril...

Very funny, say what you know. For people that get direct ITA this thread is adequate but if you need provincial nomination and stick to only this thread ..mehn, are on a very long thing!
No need being insultive because none of those groups request for gratification before becoming a member. Anyways that's just my opinion.

Is there anyone with my profile that got ITA, i want to know my best bet and best option to adopt
Once you have more than 400 even if CIC cutoff doesn't drop that low, u still have hope of getting a LOI from Ontario for provincial nomination.

Hello guys, good thread you have on here, big task reading through the entire thread. Eye wan pop out. I have a few grey areas i need help with:

1. Letter of non-indebtedness/Letters of Reference - I know the banks write these for customers at a fee. WHO SHOULD THIS LETTER BE ADDRESSED TO. The banks will not write this unless it is addressed to someone. Should it be addressed to CIC or??
2. Proof of employment: Is it OK to have this document as a "To Whom it may Concern"
3. There was a mistake in my date of birth on my WAEC Result. This was picked up by WES. I have begun the process of rectifying this with WAEC and i am currently waiting for the change to be made. However, i have attached my WAEC result as it is, with my UNI Certs, copy of my birth certificate and sworn affidavit used for processing the change. Will this suffice? Anyone had the same issue in the past? Doi need to include a letter of explanation for this reason?
4. Do i need to attach copies of my IELTS and WES certificates to my eAPR?
5. I seem to have misplaced my original UNI Cert and just have the scanned copies. Will this be requested by CIC at any point? Anyone have this experience?
6. How many months of bank statement is required? I know it is not cast in stone, but what time frame is prudent?
7. Any ideas on how to pay the fees? I don't think any Nigerian debit cards can transact such amounts. Any leads on this?
Boldinc answered all your questions correctly. But why did you have to submit waec to wes when you have a degree? Age discrepancy is a huge red flag to CIC. Is the age on your waec result younger than the age on your passport? Did WES put the age disparity on your ECA? If they didn't, pls don't submit your waec result to CIC unless the mistake has been rectified. If the did, rectify the mistake and attach a sound LOE.

You don't need to rewrite IELTS. You already have the scores for the highest CLB equivalent (CLB 9). You are loosing points because your spouse is unaccompanying. Can't u get ur spouse to write IELTS and evaluate her credentials?
Not true, adding a spouse deducts 30pts which the spouse would have to claim back by writing ielts ..20pts ECA ..10pts. So adding her spouse will in no way improve her points significantly if she remains the principal applicant.
My advice....rewrite ielts or chill for Ontario

With a rewrite to get 8.5,8,7.5, 7.5 in LRSW you'll get additional 9points.

I wonder why people were running into ponzi schemes when they could easily go for an affliate marketing and make their money in Foreign exchange.

I have looked online and did not get much help.

I have tried Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Mozilla and Safari browsers to no avail.

I have cleared browsing histories and cache. I have even reinstalled these softwares still no way.

Any other person experiencing this problem? The only other culprit I can think of is Slow Internet. Could this be the cause? I am in a location with limited access to regular network. Depending solely on wifi.

Thanks for the help.

Please help!

Good afternoon All, I neeed clarity on a few questions (this is onbehalf of a friend);

She wants to create a new EE profile in preparation for the OINP. Her old profile (which expires March 3rd) was created via an agent but she doesn't want to use their services anymore. So the question is: If she creates a new EE profile now (by herself) will she be required to create a new job bank profile as well? Can she have two job bank profiles?

Kindly advise.
To the best of my knowledge, yes she can.
