First of all, evidently Tinubu is not done consulting therefore it's premature to conclude that he won't take his consultations to the SE and SS. It's most likely that he deliberately chose to begin his consultations in areas where he intends to garner the most support and votes. I personally consider any SE consultations to be a waste of time for him because those people over there have an irrational and deep-seated hatred for his person, and they will definitely not vote for him so why waste time on such people? But it's his decision not mine.

Igbos have always hated prominent Yoruba leaders. Before they started hating Tinubu they first hated Awolowo, then they hated Abiola. So in that sense Tinubu is in good company, and the fact that they hate him validates his political prominence and leadership.
