Good that you're an IT specialist cum E. Engr,which means you take your time to read prompts and codes before activating them.If you had read previous pages you would have gotten answers,but, let me still give you a piece of my own advice before the elders will shed more light.
An Indian wants to charge you for visa and interviews and not getting you a direct employment for $1,500 ie 5,500 dirhams. This can land you in UAE with change and start looking for a job yourself.
2. There are loads of online recruiting agencies(check previous pages you will see all of them)that you can register with and you can still get a job without paying them a dime,also check walk-in-interviews, you could be lucky.
However,like i will tell most people coming in for the first time,don't come with high hopes of becoming a Manager.Just start first no matter how small and then with time you can become the CEO,you have been dreaming of.

Since you are a Nigerian and Studied in a Francophone country,i think you may not need to authenticate your degree result but,will need to authenticate your WAEC just incase you get a job that requires just your WAEC.In between,C'est comme moi,tu parles très bien français, tu es né avec cette langue.

I have been searching for a job in UAE for sometime now, and i am registered on quite a number of job sites and i have had some phone interviews with some employers but nothing came out of it

Recently someone contacted me from Naukrigulf saying I could fast track my resume on their site by paying a token of $85 and I will be guaranteed a job within 6 months.

I am not totally convinced but I wanna ask the gurus in the house if you have heard of anyone who got a job through Naukrigulf Premium service?

For these people to have called you, it means that, your CV has some juicy international certifications and valuable years of job experiences in your field.They equally called me when i was job hunting,but,i was looking for whom to give me rather than to spend .So,my advice is this,if, you're buoyant enough,you can give it a try.Check your pocket wella,do all the minus and plus involved,if you think you're ok,go for it.But,that is not to say their job is 100% sure,but they will help you submit your CV to the appropriate quarters.Keep praying and keep submitting.Wishing you luck.

Some very wicked organisations, they capitalize on the penalty charges that you MUST pay and when you don't pay,some even go as far as alleging some negative charges on you,which could lead to your ban and also paying some charges.
When you want to leave an organisation, it is always very important that you look very well before you leap.Be careful and Wise.

So since then I have being calling to know how far and he keep on giving me hope until today he called me to email my passport biodata page and medical test reports to him, when I asked him which of the medical test should I conduct and he said he get back to me later.

So I want to ask, what are the necessary medical tests one opt to conduct here in Nigeria before traveling to Dubai/medical tests normally requested when applying for Dubai visa.

You don't need a medical test result to obtain a UAE visa.You can conduct tests on ur own,just to know ur status before coming in,but at the end of the day before issuing you a residency in UAE,they MUST run a test on you.These tests comes in 2 forms,blood and chest x-ray tests.These are the diseases that, they are looking out for; TB, Hepatitis A,B,C, HIV/AIDS,Syphilis,Leprosy,Pregnancy tests(if u r a woman).For TB,they might treat u before deportation,for the rest,INSTANT deportation.

You can't get missing.There are various options.
1)You can use google map,since there is free wifi at the airport.
2)You can also ask the Taxi man,although,they can turn turn you just to make more money,but you will get to your destination.
3)You can kindly ask some people around you where you can pick up a taxi or train.you'll surely be directed.
N/B,just buy a sim card at the airport dia for communication,because once you leave the airport..no more free wifi.
