agoha_vivi: IF IT'S NOT PANADOL IT CAN NEVER BE THE SAME AS PANADOL. GERMAN CARS ARE DECADES AHEAD OF JAPANESE ALTHOUGH THERE'S A PREFERENCE FOR JAPANESE CARS IN NIGERIA COS THEY ARE CHEAPER, HAVE LOWER FUEL CONSUMPTION AND THEIR PARTS ARE EASIER TO ACCESS. IF BOTH HAD SAME GOING RATE IN WHOLE AS WELL AS PARTS, NNA, THE GERMAN BRAND WOULD DEFINITELY BE MY BRAND ANY DAY, ANYTIME.

I cant believe you just wrote that?
for 3 decade in the small car industry, coupe, GT, FWD or AWD etc has been rule by the Japanese car industry

I love older Yank tanks. I owned a 1974 Ford Mustang back in the day, great car. I'll get another US classic hotrod at some point, love 'em.

The Americans build huge engines with big power, due to the much lower cost of gasoline. When it comes to handling though, the Euro models have the edge. Which is why even a US-spec Mercedes-Benz gets trounced by the equivalent model. US-spec cars have softer suspension, and are geared more towards comfort on long interstate trips.

Build quality of Euro cars is still unrivalled by that of the Americans. The gap has closed in recent years, but Europe is still ahead. The average American will own some reall nice hot-rod, or modern NA offering, but will still admit Euro boxes are better put together.

74 Mustang!!

Well my dream car is a 1967 Mustang (Eleanor)

The Nissan GTR is an awesome beast, that's for sure.

But, Japanese tend to have high-performance models only in Coupe form. The Germans build high-performance models in more body styles, to appeal to a wider market.

Sedan.
Wagon.
Coupe.
Hatchback.
Roadster.
SUV.

The Japanese offerings tend to be non-family friendly 2-door Coupes. It's nice to have a powerful car that is a beast, blisteringly quick, handles well, yet can take the whole family on a trip, and all their luggage too.

Nissan Skyline / GTR - a mean machine, but not practical for a family, so it loses out to the Germans on flexibility.

BMW's SUV idea and technology was first copied from Land Rovers Freelander which was developed by Honda

3. Genevieve

The beautiful Genevieve. Many call her the most beautiful woman in Africa. Whether you agree or not, one thing is for sure…She’s a damn good actress with a classy and sophisticated fashion sense! She is praised by many around the globe, and she always takes time to remember where she comes from. Even when baited to bad mouth her country in international news interviews, she refuses to say anything bad about Naija. Got to love her for that!

I don't who is deluding who? Most Beautiful in Africa? Common!!!

And Humble someone who looks down her nose at people!!!

3-1 lead is enough or it might not be enough!!!

Egyptians are sore losers and they will do all the dirty tricks in the world to overturn the 2 goals leads, you think Europeans dive, well wait till you get to Cairo, I could remember a game against Egypt, the players had to stay in the Nigeria embassy in Cairo and not in the Hotel

Good luck guys

I honestly can't believe he was surprised! RedBull had that lined up long before they told Mark - the call to Vettel that he was now racing Grosjean and not Webber.

He had 15 or so seconds over Vettel with 10 laps to go and they were lapping more or less on the same pace. They should have left him out till the end.

It would have been a gamble but at the very least he would have come 3rd, but pitting Webber Guaranteed that he'd be behind Vettel.

I'm not huge on conspiracy, but RedBull royally screwed Webber on that one!

This is getting really boring, but I do enjoy the scrap in the middle of the pack, no wonder Motogp and indy car is becoming more popular. I hate it when Vettel makes it a clean sweep, but I will hate it more if "crybaby" Alonso wins it, I did love the Schumacher era because he hardly starts from pole. Cant wait for for next season to start because I think Vettel might be going for Nigel Mansell's record which means bad news for the rest of the non "The Finger's" fan
Don't get things wrong here. The right to broadcast the match does not reside with Ethopians, but CAF. Issah Hayatou, CAF president and his collaborators really want to kill hinder the growth of African Football. The same CAF that has divided or created a 'class' in West African football by dividing WAFU CUP into several parts, is same organ that is creating this chaos.[/quote

I think you are mistaken the AFRCON for a World Cup qualifying match.

The Ethiopians has the TV right to this very match unless if the Ethiopian FA has outsource the contract to a TV firm owned by Hayatou.

Well not everyone dresses as if they are attending the Oscar's award ceremony.. People wear anything to movie premiers... if your boy friend is the A List Celeb, no one actually cares about what men wears, the focus is always on the evening gown the female celeb wears, what design and whether its a "Miss or a Hit"

You are at it again. Trying to use Americans as example.
Have you ever asked yourself if these American comedies can make a common Nigerian laugh? No matter the quality of what you create, if it does not appeal to the masses, its good as useless. And even those Americans you're trying hard to please won't even look towards your side. That is why in the Nigerian music, as far as it is concerned, artistes like Terry G are better than the likes of Modenine.

Did you just ask if these American comedies can make a common Nigerian laugh Oh common unless if you have no sense of humour. Akindele acting as a student is not funny and its off putting

Am yet to see who didnt laugh like no tomorrow when watching Mr Spencer!!!

Just had a listen and it is definitely different from all the rest of the cars in that clip. Just like a few cylinders were being cut out at that point to stop wheelspin and improve traction maybe, the engine note can vary, purely if the team run mixtures different to save fuel/ power at any given moment. hence the exhaust note sounding different.
Seb could have got into a position where his car was so good chassis wise that turning down the engine still allowed him to be very quick.. Marks car went down the toilet, just when his lap times may have got quicker in the last race. Think about it, Redbull have found over 2 seconds on everyone else, there has to be a reason why, everyone seems to get on the defensive as if they are being accused of cheating.

Minardi puzzled by Vettel's Singapore supremacy

F1 veteran Giancarlo Minardi has opened a can of worms by suggesting Sebastian Vettel and Red Bull Racing may be been using some form of traction control in Singapore.

Vettel dominated the event around the Marina Bay Street Circuit and was in a class of his own en-route to another convincing victory that further strengthened his position in the 2013 F1 Drivers' Championship.

However, in a column on the official Minardi website - headlined: Singapore, What's inside Newey and Vettel's magic hat? - the veteran former team owner says he just cannot understand how Vettel was, at times, 2-2.5 seconds per lap quicker than team-mate, Mark Webber.

“Since I left Singapore, I've been keeping in my mind the 2.5 sec advantage of Vettel over his team-mate Webber and the other drivers,” Minardi writes. “By this statement, it's not my intention to devalue Vettel, who always manages his Red Bull the best way and I don't want even to jab at anyone, I just want to tell what I personally saw and heard during that three-day-event.

“According to my experience, I think that a 2.5 sec advantage each lap is really too much. It's like a three-generation-development gap, it's a huge gap. Furthermore, the time gap between Vettel and [Romain] Grosjean in FP3 and the Red Bull's driver and [Nico] Rosberg in qualifying was only few tenths. The German driver could have played cat and mouse on Saturday, anyway, [but] something is still not clear for me.

With all due respect, WHAT YOU POSTED IS POINTLESS.
If you tell me that you don't watch Nollywood, I'll understand. Even if you don't, you should know that any film that has Osuofia and Funke Akindele in it, is intended comedy.
I hate it when some folks try to compare us to Americans.
Americans have their taste and we have ours. Must we live our lives to please our Western counterparts?
My God!

Is it comedy or Looney! Even comedy had a lot of thought that went into it, not these lazy attempt to hoodwink the whole of Nollywood followers as fools

Common you could do better than this?

Jim Carey and Robin Williams are into comedy but you wont see them playing the role of a student
