Just believe in God! The great monarch of the universe. The truth is recruitment as a rule of thumb is never free or fair in this country. There are always slots and insider linked factors just to mention few tactics of recruitment hijacking by the Cabals and nothing anyone can do about that. The merit positions slots left for the common man is always small but when God favours you and say you did get the job, definitely you will and nothing anyone can do about that. Just to add a pun;- even your village people can't do nothing about it. LoL.

Apply for exemption based on WHED criteria. Send a mail to the grad school and it'll be done.

This above is under the assumption that you finished your degree in a Nigerian university.
