Investment / Re: MBA Investors Forum by bestofwonder(m): 11:49am On Nov 17, 2020
Why do people think their opinion is needed?
MBA is scam! Okay I hear.
MBA is a ponzi scheme! Okay I hear.
People will cry this Christmas! Okay I hear.

Anything you say, okay I hear.

Is it your money I invested? No.
Did I borrow money from you? No.
Are you my family member or my spouse? No.

Can you move on now?
I mean can you drink water and drop the cup without talking?

Here is my view on this handover of MBA:

Is wcepartners a legit company? Yes it is, around March this year or last year (I don't remember clearly), they partnered with Mpalle travels in Nigeria to facilitate the traveling of Nigerians to countries that do not provide visa on arrivals.
They have an office in Abuja, and their operations are legit.
Is MBA experiencing financial crisis? I believe so, reasons being the delay in payment of which their reasons are not consistent, the change in investment plans, and then this takeover that looks more like a move of desperation.

Possible outcomes:
If wcepartners are very much financially strong, MBA would steady again, or investments would be transformed to a form of dual citizenship for investors, as is wce's operation.

The third outcome is what I would like to not think, and that is something almost everyone is scared of.

One thing is clear though, the management of MBA has not gone about this announcement properly, except maybe all is really not well, they should have given a brief to all investors, either by mail or whatever.

Frankly, I can't advice anyone on what to do.. Only the people at MBA can give the best information on what you should do, these curses and insults are unnecessary.

Drop your well researched facts and move on.

Good performance but the lots are not appropriate for such account size. It is about time and it will be history.
0.01 is alright for $100 account size.

Thanks boss.. Will do that

So long you are making profit and still on demo, i will advise you to continue trading with the system you are using on demo for aleast 3 or 4 months. If the profit is still consistent after trading for that long, then you have a working trading system. But if the profit isn't coming or you crash your demo account, then you will have to restrategise and learn another system

Meanwhile am still learning too, so we many for this class

Thank you for the encouragement, will continue as you have said.

@bestofwonder,

I don't think you read the criteria to get the $100 for trading. Seriously this is not trading you are doing. You need to study more on risk management

Thanks boss, can you point me in a direction, maybe a book to read?

So to encourage the beginners, if you are a beginner here and have been contributing here. Show me your demo performance for the last three months. If it's one month, show me and I will follow your demo progress for another two months. If you can successfully trade the demo for three months. I will give you $100 to go live. With promise that you will not trade more than 0.01 lot and no more than two trades at a time.

Even with all my improvement and understanding, I still play with a demo account. I took my January demo to around 17k from 10k. Then lost it. This February 1,,i started again and the result is attached.
Am playing with 10k demo because am on the mission to take my two live accounts to $10k this year like I have always stated here. So I want to see what I can do next when they get there.

I have been trading a demo account for over a month now, using mt4 platform. And I made a profit of over $564 using a lot size of not more than 0.05.
I just switched today to another demo account using $100 as deposit via fxtm standard account. Trading on mt4. Here is a screenshot of the account now, just waiting for one more trade to turn blue so I can scalp it. And close for the day.

Thanks to all the bosses in the house for helping we the newbies out in the little way you can. I started learning on babypips about two months ago, I have completed babypips school (yes, I was that patient and I studied hard), I headed to forexfactory where I started trying out some systems under 'trading systems section', I have now found one which involves using just Fibonacci and the Stochastic Oscillator and I have been demo trading this system for days now and I must say it looks really good. Right from my days on babypips, I have always loved the Fibonacci Retracements so you can imagine my excitement when I found this system.

I know I don't know anything yet but I'm fully determined to learn. I pledge not to go live until I have an outstanding level of confidence and profitability with my demo practice. I know and accept that trades won't always go my way hence there are bound to be losses. I plan to minimise these losses through proper money management and risk to ratio setups. I won't be greedy, I will be patient always, and I will learn to look at the bigger picture.

I have tried really. I know I have. It's not easy to learn forex from scratch without an expert holding your hands. Prior to the 2 months I got committed to learning it, I would always come to this thread and read about Bulls, Bears, etc, and I would get very angry that I didn't know anything at all about any of the things being said. Look where I am now. I hope to be as meticulous as Currentprice, as confident as Tunderr (my personal favourite, I actually went through all her nairaland posts and most of them are on Forex),and to help newbies with the little I know just as Pinbar helped me understand Priceaction.

I'm ever loyal to everyone. And I will ask questions from time to time, most of which will be stupid, but please those who know should take out their time to help anyway they can. If you're in Nigeria and you're not tired of going to bed each day on an empty belly, then there's something seriously wrong with you. There's my pitch. Happy pipping everyone.

Tunderr, will you be kind as to post the link to the system you talked about on the earlier thread? Thanks so much

Boss please can we connect on WhatsApp, I would like to learn, been learning for sometime.

Forget your graphic stunts and photo-works schemes and face the reality as doing the right thing from a right standing even small is better and godly than being clever and dicey.

You called $5000 small in a Nigeria of nowadays? a sum of money that is equivalent to #1.85 million @ #370 per dollar? Are you really serious at all? You must be joking indeed bro...

I see you are new in this business and from your response and views then I will tell you you are a joker. A leader is always opened to corrections and pieces of advice. I do not need to further waste time with unprofessional and lucky gambling trader like you willing to play with other people money as baits. You can easily prove your stand of professionalism and trading skills and profitability by been flexible and transparent through providing your investor's password here for everyone who is interested to easily view without unnecessary waste of time and fantasy desires.

In order to prove to you that I make money in the market then I will roll out free gold trading journal here on nairaland and prove to every trader that you got it wrong...

I do not mean to spoil business for you but rather to save people of their hard earned money as the economy of today requires extreme caution and adequate money management in trading in order to survive and make consistent profit.

Watch out soonest!
Godltrait please can you give me your whatsapp number? I would like to chat with you more.
