Its been 5days now and *966# has not been working on MTN Sims.

I'm in a place where you'd have to travel to see a bank and eve the banks here are just Union Bank and First Bank.

I can't even access the ussd platform at all. I'm hoping this is a general issue and not just me alone.

I was introduced to this Institution by my friend... Then it was OOUC (, Olabisi Onabanjo University Consult) luckily (or unluckily) for me, I passed the test very well and was giving my choice of course, NURSING. It is located in Obada Abeokuta

I made few payments (not few tho) and after paying acceptance fee and some other fees that actually amount to like 50k. I was made to realize that the Institution name has changed from Olabisi Onabanjo University Consult to Intellectual Havarde Educational Services which is now partnering ATIBA UNIVERSITY.

few days ago I met a friend who told me the Institution was was a scam because his brother who went there (served as a corper) was told when seeking for job that the certificate he is holding is not even up to a National Diploma obtained in a Polytechnic.

My question now is who has heard of this and can testify if it's a scam or legit institution.

Pls help me so I don't waste 6 years of my life nor pay the tuition fee.
