I do know sometimes when I do try to quite it I would wake up with wet dreams I have had that experience about four times now in my life .

Start with praying to God about it sincerely. Pray every day and watch what you look at with your eyes, study your Bible more. You can also meet a senior person spiritually to agree and pray with you

Have you considered therapy? I feel like you need to talk to someone about it. Do you have anyone you can confide in? Or you could equally see a doctor so that he or she would prescribe drugs that will help to curb your urges but bear in mind that this is a mental battle in the sense that the power to stop masturbating is within you, not those drugs. Also pray about it and indulge in healthy habits that will occupy your mind and leave no room for those nasty thoughts. Also try to be around people so that it discourages you from doing it. I hope you find this helpful.
