•Avoid anything with spices, that includes onions, tomatoes, pepper, garlic and ginger. Anthing with citric acid, oranges, lime, lemon, apple ma sef! Banana is ok though! Sometimes milk can make it worse, that's why I prefer yogurt!
•Avoid carbonated drinks. Avoid alcohol! Avoid smoking!
•Wear loos clothing. Make sure that no cloth is tightened around your stomach, chest and neck. For ladies, this may include bra, oh!
•In my experience, you must sit up for at least four hours, don't even bend down! •Immediately drink antiacid or yogurt the minute you experience symptoms.
•I repeat, DO NOT LIE DOWN. If you can, sleep sitting up.

If you're asthmatic like me... DON'T LIE DOWN FOR AT LEAST 12 HOURS, sit up ooh!
If you can, sleep sitting up.

IF NOT, you'll have asthmatic attack and asthmatic cough on top LPR. It was one of the terrible experiences in my life! I wouldn't wish that kind of pain in my worst enemy!

I hope this helps.

It helps..

Did you recover from it

Sacked 300 drivers? You are attacking the wrong problem. Who is hiring
these drivers is who you ought to fire. There is a big problem in your
selection, training and hiring process. If you were thorough, the bad ones
won’t really slip through the cracks.

No recruitment process is perfect. Recruitment error happens in all fields. Plus I’m sure they will have processes to identify the gaps.

Career / Re: How Much Money Do You Have To Make Monthly To Be Considered Rich In Nigeria by braveheart77: 2:56am On May 01, 2021
Fantazy:
To be considered rich have nothing to do with your salary/monthly income.

As long as you are okay/comfortable i.e. You eat comfortably whatever you want, feed, school your children in any school of your choice, provide all your family needs comfortably without struggle; And still have your savings. then you are rich.

Lastly, You are living in your own house i.e. not paying rent.

This is contradictory lol.

Essentially what you have said is you must be a landlord to be rich (something that only about 2% of the population are landlords).. Yet somehow you said being rich is you just being comfortable.. Choose a hustle bro

Exactly!! Many people insulting the OP even have it unknowingly lol.. Its almost as common as the flu, only that it is incurable and not easily detectable because of lack of symptoms
Health / Re: What Could Be Wrong? by braveheart77: 1:37pm On Jan 28, 2021
Any untreated infection in the last?

How is your urine flow?

Could be prostatitis (bacterial or non bacterial/CPPS)
Urethra stricture or a mere inflammation
Could be a pelvic floor dysfunction compressing on pudendal nerve and causing referred pain.
Could be peyronies (caused by an injury to the corpus carvenosa and causing a scar to form)

You need to be more detailed in your symptoms, if that is your only symptom, then urethra strictire or peyronie is more likely.

Education / Re: Faith Academy: Secondary School Campus By Bishop David Oyedepo by braveheart77: 8:48am On Jan 25, 2021
HigherEd:

Education is an investment that can not perish. Nigeria needs a private sector driven educational sector that can develop well rounded individuals especially as the public sector is burdened with economic problems. Therefore unlike Venezuela, if govt revenues crashes out for a decade we still have top rate schools that would survive and ensure our social service fate isn't intertwined with aso rock.

With schools like Faith academy, Ambassador college, Chokmah springing up in several places with sustainable business models, the nation is on her way out of misery.

Stop thinking like an Almajiri, division of wealth isn't sustainable where poverty abounds. Where poor people outnumber middle income people on 7:3, what you need isn't to share the little that is available but for those who know how to multiply it to do so. When Jesus got the loaves and fishes, he multiplied it before it was worth sharing. If Jesus gives you a seed, would you plant it or give it away? Think about your answer. The scripture talks about the talent and how Jesus values multiplication of seed. In this case, the seed of money to educate a people in a sustainable manner.

Now, we need to create more platforms that create wealth into the future. Which is better? give a widow money for bread or give her employment and dignity of labor? This school would employ out of the tons of people who studied education and create decent income for their families. It would keep money in our economy, increase our gdp per education and plant the seed of quality education in our children.

You're right its an investment and all but why are the financers of the investment not getting any share from the return on investment? Thats the problem many people have, not what you're saying. What you're saying is obvious, everyone knows education is important to an economy.

The doctors have their points but there is also one ageless plague called hunger o. Covido will go but hunger hardly will. Let us adopt a balanced strategy that can check hunger and Covido side by side. The Corpers can be made to use masks and sanitizers as they are largely adults with education.

A lot of people don't believe the virus exists so this strategy won't work

Maybe you haven't, I have seen countless, one of my aunts works at a hospital, the HIV patients I encounter there are too real to doubt the existence of HIV, don't get it twisted, coronavirus is real, but the testing and churning out figures is what I totally don't understand.

I was in Jos for a month late last year and even my aunt that works at the hospital does not understand how the numbers come up, and before you say anything, the hospital is a massive hospital, one of the biggest in the whole state.

So think in a population like lagos it is unusual for people to.get infected in large numbers?
