Ingredients:fresh avocado,coconut
.
Procedure:peel the avocado and slice into pieces,blend until it's smooth.
Break the coconut,cut into pieces and blend until It's smooth,add water and filter the milk from the shaft.
Mix the blended avocado and coconut water and blend until smooth.
.
Pour into a pot and fry on low heat until it changes color to brown and avoid it getting burnt.
Allow to cool and use a chiffon cloth to squeeze out the oil from the shaft.
Pour into a container and keep for use.
.
P.s:the shaft can be use as a body scrub and the oil is for all skin type�

I used all natural black soap my own product,papaya face cream but I don't rub anything on my body because the soap does it work already but I need to know ur complexion before I can recommend a good body oil.you can also check my recent post for evidence n review.

Get a good body wash,exfoliate your skin with scrub and also body oil..as for body lotion I can't say because I don't use any and am fair in complexion though I used face cream only for glow.

1/2 a lemon or lime
2tbspn olive oil
1tbspn coconut oil

Procedures:
Pour your coconut oil into a mixing bowl,add olive oil then squeeze the cut lemon or lime juice into the bowl and mix throughly and pour into container.

Apply mixture on the affected area for some mins before bath morning and night for effective results.

Organic black soap does the magic.....zero bleaching

Procedure:
blend the tumeric ,pour into any carrier oil like olive,almond or coconut oil...cover with a tight lid away from sunlight and keep for two weeks(shake once in two weeks)
...the oil will change gradually and after two weeks,sieve off the tumeric and pour into a bottle

Or you can try the hot process,by frying the blended tumeric in any carrier oil on low heat ,when dry,allow to cool and sieve into a bottle...
Tumeric clears dark spots and also pimples when combined with cinnamon and honey,it also has lightening properties.
