simplebb: Firstly, I always believe and will continue to believe that my case is a miracle. Everyone already got their admission before me. I'll say the Holy Spirit did a follow up for me cos no human did. I didn't know any human in high place here. Lastly, I was short of the cut off mark by 0.13 and economics is a highly competitive course |

Ademola47: Kikikiki I'm not in the sciences Sir. I did maths and another calculation related subject sha. Concerning the number of hours to study. Try to evaluate yourself and answer that question by and for yourself. 1. What's your speed of assimilation I.e how fast or how slow do you understand things. 2. What's your retention level I.e how much can you retain after reading. I've cone to the knowledge of the fact that, as much as you can seek tips on success from people who have gone ahead, there are certain things you need to figure out by yourself. A person might read for not more than 2hours in a day and emerge as the best while someone who spends his whole day studying performs below expectation. I'm not trying to discourage you, I'm only letting you know that you have to figure out your reading pattern. It really isn't too late. As for me, I hate reading at night like anything but I can cover what I ought to cover all through the night in just about 3hours during the day. Know your time, know your best assimilation period. These are the little things that help people excel without too much effort. Note: forgive any typo. I'm too tired to go through all I've written. I hope it helps. Never forget the God factor bro. It's the most important. I repeat, it's the most important. Ka chifo 2 Likes |

RB007: I stopped patronising Klass(my fav ) a long time ago when I realised that it was a big pocket drainer. It's better to stock up on foodstuffs and cook. As busy as I get these days, I find time to cook. Enough derailment on this thread Sir. Goodnight. If you're writing your exams soon too, I wish you the very best. May the Holy Spirit be your inspiration. Shalom! 2 Likes 1 Share |

Dkfpaul: Inter faculty crossing is very very possible. Yes, you can. Although, there are certain criterion you need to meet. 1. A solid CGPA, preferably a first class but the disadvantage of this is that, the dean of your faculty may not be willing to let you go due to your good result. My aunty was denied the chance to cross to MBBS from biochemistry due to the fact that she was the only one with a 2:1. I also heard about a girl who pleaded with tears to be allowed to cross. She was eventually allowed after someone's intervention. |

IFEOLUWAKRIZ: A girl transferred from the faculty of education to the faculty of law and she's a person you probably know. She's quite popular in your faculty. Another lady transferred from social science to law and she's presently in her 4th year |

Good afternoon Sir. I'm a person that dreams(sees things) even after the shortest nap. Recently, it's either I forget what I saw, can't get a clear picture or it doesn't make sense to me. Just yesterday, I watched some videos on YouTube that talked about Christians and how we should be watchful. I suddenly felt tired and slept off afterwards. Overnight, I had a dream and I remember it clearly. I was with a friend of mine in a restaurant but I really don't remember what we discussed. We wanted to get food but the attendant at the cafeteria was a bit sluggish. I really don't know what made me change my mind to not buying again. I went to my friend and told him that I needed to go. I picked my phone and saw several missed calls. The calls were from two people... One guy, who in that dream seemed like my lover because I still remember how I felt about him in the dream. The second person was his friend who actually called to tell me that "Israel" has been calling me but I didn't pick up. I didn't eventually meet him in the dream. I'm not in close contact with any Israel in real life. Another dream: It was like the place I was got paraded by the police. I saw a gun at my doorstep and made an attempt to kick it away with my feet when a police officer came and arrested me. I pleaded with her, trying to explain my innocence but all my pleas turned to her deaf ears. I was taken with some other girls. when we got to the station, I saw the pastor of my church and he was like their boss. I explained my ordeal and he made them release us. The officers said they won't let us go until they insult and beat us a bit. They did so to us but I felt covered, I wasn't hurt at all. It seemed like their words didn't enter my ears. As we made to leave, one officer gave a girl who was also taken a sum of #1,000. The rest of us thought we'd get ours too, only to realise it was meant for all of us. The last scene was when the girl took the money and prepared spaghetti. I wasn't too happy with the idea and kept asking myself who told her I wanted to eat spaghetti. Like, she should have given me my share. modified: I was in a room with my family when I packed my things and set to leave the house. My uncle looked sad and I explained to him that I had to leave because some terrestrial forces were disturbing me (I can't really remember what I told him but it was something like that). 1 Like |

Eben331: Before I contribute my little quota, let me sigh deeply.... Ohhh...what a journey it was. Try and see to the fact that you're very familiar with all the practice questions. Like my GES tutor would say, "read like prayer won't save you and pray like reading won't help you". By God's grace, I had 68 which is the result of the lack of seriousness on my side of the whole thing. In all, never forget God in your study. Never underestimate God's power on your exam and admission. Pleeeaaasee...after your post utme, try as much as you can to go through some of your first semester courses. I thought first semester economics would be our secondary school economics but it's way far from it. The standard has been raised. Again, never forget God's ability in you. It definitely will help you in life. Shalom! |
