What's the use of having a minister of state of Petroleum if his office can be circumvented in contracts that can well be described as milestone projects of this administration?

How do you think the ones APC are claiming Deziani stole left the system? NNPC was said to be riddled with curruption because it doesn't follow due process and yet this administration is still maintaining it only this time they are doing it in monumental proportion even when the economy has nose-dived. THINK!!!!

the girl is not to blame at all, why give your PIN to a minor, She did not demonstrate a duty of care and was rightly served. I hate defending criminals but in this case you will have a hard time convincing even a court of law that the girl was not simply carrying out your instructions, except of course there was a written agreement somewhere.
