NOTE: FIRSTBANK PLC is doing so well ( Use firstbank) and if you are asked what medium or platform do you intend to use to pay for the acceptance fee ( Tell me School Pay). Congrats

It is well. Just be hopeful. But seriously, instead of speculating can you go to the department and confirm from the HOD. Before the recommendation mails were sent. There was a recommendation list and some of us checked the list and found our names before the recommendation mail was sent. So pls go to the URP department UI and confirm first

Ok then. Just be hopeful. It will come. Though majority of those who applied for M.Sc URP have since been recommended and cleared for registration as at 2days ago.

You mean you didn't get Recommendation mail or clearance mail? If you've gotten the much awaited recommendation mail, you should have also gotten the congratulatory mail. If that's they case, When you got the Congratulatory mail, what have you done concerning "Acceptance Fee" payment?
No "Acceptance Fee Payment" No Clearance mail. That's just the way it is

At Last, A Clearance Mail. TEAM (URP). Though the mail came in all of a sudden. The Clearance mail came in early hours in the morning and we are asked to be present for clearance btw 9 - 11am tomorrow morning. Not so fair. But it's all good. What if the admitted student was residing in Yobe??

From the look of things. Hopefully, Resumption should be immediately after Elections. Be set by APRIL (second week)

Well, my admission letter states that it's mandatory that you appear in person for clearance at the admissions office of the PGschool between 21Febuary 2015 and 7march 2015.

It will oo. That's the honest truth. However if your transcript is eventually sent before the close of registration. You will still be admited and cleared. ACT FAST. University of Ibadan is so competitive. EPTest was just one of their "Weeding Mechanisms", Transcript is another, CGPA etc. Wish you the best

I have a question. The question is for those candidates who have been recommended and have also received confirmation mails. How long did it take for the PG school to send you a confirmation mail after the initial recommendation mail. I will prefer your answer to be in DAYS. How many days did you wait for a confirmation mail after your received the recommendation mail. Please I need an answer.

I have checked their website too. University of Ibadan has a classified P.O.Box Address. I guess you are looking for P.O. box number. Not to worry. University of Ibadan is a popular school. I actually sent my Transcript from the core North to UI PG School by their mailing address through DHL Courier services and it got to them 3days later.

Common, you should know definitely dat you will recieve a confirmation of your acceptance fee payment before proceeding to the next stage.

I just want to achieve something this February with respect to UI PG admission. Atleast if I can pay the acceptance Fee this month, then end of March or immediately after election pay the tuition fee that will be so cool. The more they delay the more I touch my savings. It's really not funny and I ask my self, How long does it take to send recommendation mail. All this PG School Admin staff, Diariz God oo oooooo chai

Attestation Letter can be obtained from the Department which you graduated from (Meet your HOD) or from the Academic Office of your previous University (in either case, the attestation letter must be on a letter headed paper (bearing your previous university name, VC name and all relevant information and must be signed by your HOD if it was obtained from your department or the Registrar if it was obtained from the academic office of your school)

Ok. Now you are talking. The originals is what they want to see. WAEC or NECO O'Level certificate not Statement of result. Then BSC Certificate from the school you graduated from not Bsc statement of result. If you don't Have B.Sc Certificate, You can come along with ATTESTATION LETTER which will be accepted

Now, to my real question. I believe the Procedure should be:
1. Recommendation Mail from PG School UI
2. Then, Print out of Acceptance Invoice
3. Pay the N20,200 acceptance fee at the recommended bank
4. Return to UI Portal to Upload required documents
5. Receive a mail from PG School for your scheduled clearance
6. Present your self at the Clearance venue with your [b][/b]Degree Certificate or Attestation Letter, NYSC Certificate and O'level Certificate.
7. Registration will now involve the payment of Tuition and other fees.

Please can someone scrutinize this PROCESS and tell me where I am wrong. Thanks

JAMB - UTME? I don't think that has anything to do with a Postgraduate admission (either for clearance or for any other procedure) any where in a Nigerian university

Please, What is the cost of the Acceptance Fee?
