You can mark it on your wall, Onyiridike will get DPR offer.

The only funny thing then would be that you had cowardly and shamefully disappeared.

Do you have any sense at all?

I wish her the best as I can posit that she's intelligent but you can't even guarantee she'll make it to the interview centre!

Onyiridike:

Who are you exactly?

If you know all these people, what are you doing here?

NCAT is about to employ people here in Zaria purely on merit.

Sometimes a parastatal carries out recruitment largely on merit because of the type of job involved and also because those who were previously recruited based on nepotism cannot handle some sensitive roles.

DPR is the lifewire of FG especially now that there is shortage of revenue. You expect FG to sacrifice this on the alter of nepotism?

I know of a graduate who was ready to pay over a million to get the job in the last recruitment. His sponsor who was also a political godfather tried to give him a soft laden to no avail.

Eventually he got the job by doing well in the exam.

If you want to make your point about recruitment on merit, make it some other way.

Saying that "DPR is a live-wire" and so most to be recruited has to be on merit is frankly laughable. Nobody gives a damn about shit like that! Everybody's cousin/son/neice/nephew and whatever are being recruited everyday in government parastatals.

CBN is a very sensible part of the government and yet, you walk into the office and you find someone sitting on a previously empty seat beside you and that's how that guy will start rising in the organization. If you've ever had the chance to observe downstream DPR operatives at work, you'll realise that a mildly trained monkey can do the job with the added advantage that it won't demand for a bribe (although if the monkey is Nigerian, you have no guarantees)

Madam carry your wahala and go naa.
Enjoy your slot, that's if truly you have been dashed one. And let those that don't have the top shots try their luck.

FYI, all those people you mentioned still reckon and bow to the Almighty God or Allah as the case may be, in their closets.

So be calm. Some will get the job on merit even if it's 50. The ones they didn't call for the interview did they die?

God will take control and help the cows without tails.

Enjoy your day.

You literally repeated what she said and you managed to convey it as if you are fighting with her.

If you were called for the interview, better intensify your preparation o because what I'm seeing is not encouraging.

Where are all those "praise and worship" DPR staff?

This should serve as a lesson to all those who, rather than use their common sense, would rather use their "brainwashed by my pastor" sense.

Always err on the side of logical and analytical thinking. 100 peeps write a test, 20 got messages and 80 didn't and some dull people still managed to convince themselves it's the 80 that passed! What da....!!!

And to the chosen few, I say congrats!! If you like let your bitter ancestors follow you here so that when you are done with your interview, come and tell everyone what you were asked as your brother's keeper.

NNPC upfront is far higher than DPR but lesser in salary. NNPC GTS on level SS6 go home with 5million as upfront.

Stop commenting so factually on something you know nothing about.

Nobody goes home with 5m upfront in SS6 at NNPC and DPR upfront isn't lesser than that of NNPC.

You can only insult but not smart enough to get the message I was passing across to you. I know you still won't understand.

You keep making enemies...
You are known to be unfit of making sensible conversations...
You are insolent...
You are abusive...
You are a child in the head... May be old in looks.
You keep mentioning me when I never knew you existed.

Think about it. Let people be in peace with their ways.
You don't have to respond to everything.

Like I told you some weeks back, if something doesn't add value to your travel in life, just move on.

All the best and have a productive day.

Thought you said you weren't going to respond anymore? For how long did you keep that word?

I won't leave you alone until you've been found out as the scam artist that you are.

I kuku did not mention your name.

You have been followed on this thread and your name has been removed from the DPR list due to your lack of professionalism.

Your constant outrage and outburst and insolence is a shame.

You are unfit to represent an organisation with high integrity value.

Wow! You mean my name was on the list before but now you've removed it? Will i ever be able to stop crying? Thunder fire you and your stupid list!!!

Surely now you can see why i'm always attacking you. If you are not a confirmed scam artist, why the hell are you deliberately presenting yourself as something you are not?
You constructed your statement in such a way that some gullible fowls will start thinking you can get them the job.

No status update means anything.

Prayer is the key here.

All you guys just talk too much.
Interview invite or employment letters as the case may be will be sent to those who are chosen.

So are you trying to tell us that interview invites will be sent to those who are chosen and not to those who have not been chosen? Very insightful!

Ode!

My emotional side hopes so because i have people who would absolutely love that to happen.

But....

My logical side, having watched the senate session that passed the bill to the presidency, is telling me not to hold my breath for them.

They committee report practically condemned the corp as being useless/needless but still went ahead to recommend it. Very baffling!

Don't worry it seems juvenile delinquency is what's making you feel ecstatic when you talk to people rudely. Many people have tried correcting to you to address/correct/disagree with decorum but you wouldn't at the end you embossed yourself like this. Oyindike was talking about top politicians not being interested in small positions in government MDAs. You confidently challenged her that they do, but only leave "... npower, PEACE CORP and Kaduna teaching"
Unless you want to say you don't understand the implications of what you wrote.
btw the simple fact that you are listing the scam called Peace Corp as a job indicates the level of knowledge.
I hope you aren't scammed.

Your head is paining you.

The poster talked about jobs that politicians leave for the masses and peace corp qualifies because they have been giving people in their local governments letters to peace corp offices across the country in anticipation of the presidency signing the bill.

Now my personal opinion is that the presidency won't sign that bill but that does not negate the fact that it is a job that some politicians are using to appease masses in their constituents.

Just admit you were desperate for some attention from me and you didnt bother to charge your brain before posting.

You actually think that politicians dabble into everything. DPR job may look like heaven to you but many politicians are more interested in government contract that will fetch them billions.

Have you ever seen the son of a president, governor, senator, rep member e.t.c working for government to earn salary?

If any politician is interested in government job, he is doing it for the poor masses. This also depends on what they want to get in return.

That's just not factual.

Go to the NNPC towers and you will see how interested they are in this kind of recruitments. The jobs they leave for the masses that you are referring to are those of N-power, Peace corp, and Kaduna teachers.

That someone is not interested in placing his son somewhere doesn't necessarily translate to not being interested in placing anyone there.

Guys, you all need to calm down and just pray.

All these permutations I'm reading on here, and the level of confidence in some posts, some of us will definitely be disappointed.

We should know that so many factors will come into play;

1. Federal Character.. this is the most important. Those guys at FCC will never let Qouta allocations be disproportionate. Hence, people with low scores will easily glide through in states with less competition.

2. The Nigerian Senate is keenly observing this whole process, even more than us, of course with their own interests too. They are also behind Qouta system as against overall performance. The leaked list of one of the MHR (Rep. Doguwa) to DPR is one of many.

3. Then there is the Engine Room (Presidency). This will obviously take a large chunk of the favor slots, as we've seen in many recent recruitment and scholarship schemes.

4. And then the good part... DPR has a history of recruiting a very good number based on merit, regardless! The job requires one to at least be sound upstairs. To be fair to those guyz that usually come in through favors, they're also usually very sound guyz. I've had colleagues back in school who were DPR staff, trust me their IQ no be here. lol

In light of all these, I am positive invites will cut across all sectors, even 'some' that did not apply.

But Hey, if you dont get invited, its not the end of the world yeah? Struggle continues!

GUYS, Praaayy!!!

Guy you have a unique talent o.

How did you manage to write absolutely nothing in so many lines?

Guy it's test portal that was closed immediately after every individual test. but application portal remain closed before invitation for the test.

isn't that exactly what he said?

So temporary on hold means ban to you?

Are you aware of NAPE conference?

An organisation cannot be a member of NAPE. Although people in an organisation can be. It's like saying NNPC is a member of NSE or COREN. obviously that's not possible.

Considering the full meaning of NAPE, i doubt anyone in DPR will be a member. They don't exactly do petroleum exploration at DPR.

This issue is just simple logic. Let me sight an example, in higher institutions there is always a registration period which closes after a stipulated time. If registration has closed and you can't access the registration portal, does that mean you've lost your studentship? It simply means the portal has served its purpose and it's no longer needed for that semester.

You don't have any simple sense in your head. Of all the analogies you could come up with, you went with this? The guys with their portal opened are the lecturers in this your analogy abi? Arindin

What if DPR clears the air and tells you that the competition was too tight that the gave you the chance/opportunity and kept your portal open to see if you could have an added advantage in terms of qualifications or an influential referee to update so they can add you up to those already documented/chosen since perhaps, you might've scored considerately close to the cutoff point for your state...
You talk as if you're most certain that they'll come and declare you the winner/the most intelligent person that took that test.. Infact an award for your certainties and intelligence is expected, but let me tell you i'll be very disappointed if at the end of the day you don't make the list... For now i'll just assume you're out with your first degree not quite long, still a graduate, so it's expected.. Have a lovely morning.!!

They have a set number by state and they wont just call people that passed, they'll call the first whatever number they need from each state.
