Appendicitis can be missed the first time, but not on multiple visits. She kept going and they kept treating her for UTI. And yes, mistakes can be made, but not to the extent of a relatively simple disease like Appendicitis being missed so many times. As for the biopsy, I can't say much about that, since I don't really know much about it.
